Turmeric Detox Tea Recipe

 

What you’ll need:

  • 4 teaspoon turmeric

  • 2 teaspoon ginger

  • 1 to 21/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 teaspoons raw honey

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • Boiling water

 

How to make it:

  • Fill the mug halfway with boiling water.

  • Add turmeric and ginger

  • Let the ingredients steep for 10-15 minutes

  • Stir in cinnamon, honey, black pepper and vanilla

  • Fill to the brim with coconut milk and stir
